Job Title: SAP Ariba Consultant (Entry-Level)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SAP Ariba Consultant with 0-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with the implementation, customization, and support of SAP Ariba solutions for our clients, helping them streamline their procurement processes. This role provides an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build expertise in SAP Ariba and procurement solutions.

1. Implementation Support:
   
   • Assist in the implementation and configuration of SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing, Procurement, Supplier Management, etc.).
   • Participate in project planning, requirements gathering, and solution design sessions with clients.
   • Support data migration, system testing, and user training activities as needed.

1. User Support and Training:
   
   • Provide end-user support and troubleshooting to ensure smooth adoption of SAP Ariba solutions.
   • Assist in developing user documentation and delivering training sessions for client teams.

1. Customization and Configuration:
   
   • Learn and apply customization techniques to tailor SAP Ariba to meet client-specific needs.
   • Collaborate with senior consultants and developers to implement necessary changes or enhancements.

1. Process Optimization:
   
   • Analyze client procurement processes and recommend improvements using SAP Ariba features.
   • Support clients in utilizing SAP Ariba to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance supplier relationships.

1. Data Analysis and Reporting:
   
   • Support data extraction, reporting, and analysis using SAP Ariba tools and help clients track key procurement metrics.
   • Assist in creating dashboards and other visualizations for performance monitoring.

1. Client Collaboration:
   
   • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure requirements are accurately gathered and implemented.
   • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and keep project milestones on track.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 0-3 years of experience working with SAP Ariba or similar procurement software.
• Basic understanding of procurement and sourcing processes.
• Familiarity with SAP Ariba modules such as Sourcing, Procurement, and Supplier Management is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new software and technologies.

• Exposure to ERP systems like SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.
• Basic knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Prior internship or experience in procurement, supply chain, or consulting is a plus.
