We are looking for a dynamic Oracle Fusion Consultant with 0-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting Oracle Fusion applications, including implementations, customizations, integrations, and troubleshooting. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work with Oracle Fusion ERP solutions in a collaborative and learning-focused environment.

• Assist in Oracle Fusion ERP module implementations and configurations, including Financials, HCM, Supply Chain, and Procurement.
• Participate in gathering business requirements and translating them into Oracle Fusion configurations and setups.
• Collaborate with the IT and functional teams to identify, design, and implement Oracle Fusion application solutions that meet business needs.
• Support the testing phases, including system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT), and document test results.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, providing support and training to end users as needed.
• Assist with data migration, validation, and user support during go-live and post-go-live phases.
• Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation for Oracle Fusion configurations, integrations, and processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion, or a related ERP environment (internship experience is applicable).
• Basic knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP modules, especially in Financials, HCM, or SCM modules.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud technology and architecture is preferred.
• Basic understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle development tools (e.g., BI Publisher, OTBI).
• Knowledge of business processes in finance, HR, or supply chain management.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work well within a team.
• Self-motivated and willing to learn new technologies and tools related to Oracle Fusion.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
