Key Responsibilities:
- Brings hands-on technical and product management expertise in leadership for RGM(Revenue Generation Management), specific to Price Management, Quote Management, Contract Management, Chargeback Management
- Leads complex workstreams, ensuring staged and timely delivery including solution design, architecture, development, and operational support.
- Works within an Agile software development team on solution design and execution, from conceptual stages through execution, in partnership with other IT teams.
- Leads RGM (Revenue Generation Management) platform definition and evolution, including connectivity, data analytics, cybersecurity, and partner ecosystem integration.
- Demonstrates thought leadership in RGM technology stack and cloud solutions and become a trusted advisor to decision makers for the growth of the RGM practices
- Ensures the team taps into existing best practices, and/or introduce industry-leading techniques, technologies and architectures as needed.
- Leads with a deep understanding of the full technology stack, working with emerging and traditional technologies.
- Supports the overall health and operations of RGM Product portfolio.
- Takes ownership of solution design & development, leading the team on requirements gathering, concepts generation, detailed design, verification testing, cross-functional reviews and production release.
- Runs quality reviews to continue to improve software engineering practices.
- Develops & sustains a close partnership to fully understand demands and future opportunities, evaluating how to engage for value creation.
- Acts as a disruptive change agent fluidly moving back & forth between transformation initiatives and day-to-day business as usual, to deliver the optimal mix of innovation.
- Listens for reflection and partners with business to deliver outcomes.
- Establishes day-to-day operational support and long-term strategy for the Team with a focus on best in class operations and maximizing AMS resources for backlog development
- Works with stakeholders to negotiate project plans, time frames and trade-offs while ensuring all stakeholder expectations are in-sync.

- Manages supplier management activities (e.g. RFPs, partner selection, SoW, POs, etc.)
- Ensures overall service delivery support operations including audits, change, incident, problem and configuration management, as needed to support the Portfolio.
- Prepares reports and proactive updates Leaders / Stakeholders on relevant metrics.
- Prepares and manages departmental budget and forecast plans (budget vs. actuals, etc.)
Key Qualifications and Experiences:
- B.S., B. A. degree. Master’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
- 8-12 years of equivalent experience in information technology leading large, remote, global teams and a minimum of 5 years with IoT & Cloud Solutions.
- 8-12 years of experience with SAP Vistex/V4, SAP SD, Conga or similar; hands-on experience in designing and developing end-to-end RGM solutions.
- +5 years of experience in cloud solutions, preferable in MS Azure.
o Proven experience with various architectural design patterns including Microservices, API's, event-driven data flows, serverless, containers, connectivity, and device management.
o Proven experience with industry standards and approaches to designing and building secure RGM products.
o Proven experience with the logical components of a RGM solution and how to design them for scalability and resiliency.
o Deep understanding of full tech stacks (ABAP, Java, JavaScript, Swift, Python, React, Node.js, RESTful services, GraphQL, Message brokers (MQTT), JSON, HTML/HTML5, CSS, etc.).
o Proven track record in creating highly scalable and available cloud services.
o Proven experience designing, developing and supporting solutions based on cloud architectures, e.g. Azure IoT Hub, Serverless computing (e.g. AWS Lambda, Azure Functions), compute (e.g. Kubernetes containers), Cloud-based databases (e.g. Azure database), and raw storage (e.g. storage blobs, S3, etc.).
o Proven experience in DevOps and CI/CD is required.
o Proven experience working with Agile and Product teams (e.g. epics, stories, sprints, backlog management, product owners, product engineers, scrum master, etc.).
o Background in dealing with hardware & software development teams and business owners; comfortable interfacing directly with and influencing SMEs.
o Rapid prototype development and familiarity with iterative prototyping techniques.
- Direct experience with Outsourcing and Consulting/Contract partners.
- Demonstrated skills in application delivery, client relationship management, strong sense of urgency in delivering results, business knowledge, intuition and judgment, high cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity, strong communication/collaboration.
o Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience leading multi-cultures and global teams.
- Experience in a matrix organization, influencing stakeholders in consultative mode and working proactively with Business and IT peers globally.
